📦 Important Shipping Update for US Customers

Australia Post has confirmed that postal services to the US (and its territories) will resume on or before Thursday, 25 September 2025.

This temporary suspension was due to recent changes made by the US Government to customs and import tariff rules. Australia Post, along with many other international postal operators, was required to pause shipments while a new system was implemented.

What this means for you:

• ✨ If you currently have an outstanding order, it will be safely shipped as soon as services reopen.

• 💵 Tariffs are only 10%, and these will now be collected at checkout — so no surprise duties or fees will be owed once your package arrives.

• 📦 Our online store remains open for US customers, and new orders will be fulfilled once postal services resume (well within our standard turnaround times).
